A philoshphy I have lived by is...

What ever we vividly imagine
Ardently desire
Sincerely believe
And enthusiacticly act upon
MUST inevitably come to pass.

It's a science and it works.

The more you practice it, you will discover how easy it is.
GOOD LUCK!

i have no right not to agree with you. i have bundle of testimony of what positive thinking can do to one's life. i have progressed even in a grumbling environment, i seem to achieve what i want to do and when i want it. i plan ahead knowing what time it may take me, but eventually i achieve it. it pays to remain positive. last year from january i told my self that November i will be in NY City for Thanksgiving day, i have heard so much about it.e ven though i had no valid visa, but i was planning to vist the embassy to obtain the visa. along the line i changed my pronuncement, not my mind, because i believed the embassy would grant me 2 years visa. but my expectation was dashed,i got a 3 mths SINGLE ENTRY and a maximum stay of 3weeks i said i would stay in NY. I got the visa anyway, and i visited NY via london and i experienced Thanksgiving day. always stay positive

Also a important thing is its ok and good to drive a nice car but drive the car dont let the money or car drive you , in other words dont define yourself by your bank account or wealth , thats something i never understood until now.

You're business will only ever be as good as it's weakest link John, and unfortunately you seem to have a couple of those. Seems to me you have several steps to take. First-off: they sense your fear, and frankly are testing you, seeing just how far they can push. Quite far, it seems! So first step, consider tightening up on the work 'rules' --not to make them onerous, just clear. Second: consider promoting one of your reliable workers to a supervisory position. Third: link incentives to performance--including measures such as reliability, productivity etc. Fourth: communicate these changes, talk about a new collaborative, culture where the load and rewards are shared. Fifth: talk to each of these individuals one on one, and lay it out. Get with the program, or get a new job. Six: if they still won't play ball, give them notice, get them out the door right away, and bring in some temps to plug the gaps while you look for the right kind of folks to fill their roles. Make sure you're in compliance with all labor laws of course (check with your local chamber of commerce, or SCORE chapter), and get on with building a kick-ass business!

Ron keep calm man. It is easy to feel overwhelmed by the pressure but you have to remember the dream too, while being careful not to let it kill you! Stand back for a minute, and get some professional advice. But you have to be prepared to listen and hear what they say. Sometimes we're too close to the businesses we create from nothing but blood, sweat, tears and passion to be objective.
