How was everybody’s weekend?  I had a great time on Sunday at the Clippers-Heat game at Staples Center.  Even though the Clippers lost to the Heat, it was a wonderful thing to be a part of history, and witness Pat Riley’s 1,200 regular season win.  Now THAT’S what I call success!

I saw Dwayne Wade and Shaquille O’Neal, and snapped a couple of pics to share with you.  I was proud to show Shaq and Dwayne my new book, Success for Life, which drops January 1.  Shaq’s recommendation is the quote I chose for the front cover, and it was so rewarding to show him the finished product!

Earlier this week I had the pleasure of hosting my little brother, Bobby Simmons, and his teammate, Michael Redd.  They both play for the Milwaukee Bucks, and were in town for Tuesday’s game against the LA Clippers.   Redd lit it up like he always does, scoring 25 points and 20 of them in the 4th Quarter. Bobby had a big shot with 2 minutes left in the game, which made me proud.

Have you seen me on Dancing with the Stars  yet?  I’ve been attending tapings and usually get some camera time in the audience.  I’ll be there for tonight’s results show, so be sure to tune in to ABC at 9 p.m. Here are some photos I took from last night’s competition show.

Here I am with Tony Dovolani and Jane Seymour. I know it looks all smooth and slick on TV, but trust me - that place is crazy.  A crush of dancers, cameramen, hosts, family, friends and fans! As you can see, I was right up in the action, too.
